Dear friends! I want to congratulate you on the Day of metallurgists and mine workers!
This is an important day not only for the industry professionals. The work of metallurgists and miners is a support of country’s economy, reliability and stability for millions of Ukrainians.
We are going through difficult times. Everything that we were building over centuries is breaking down. In order to stay afloat, sometimes you have to take risks and make difficult decisions. But we cope with it. And we remain industry leaders. We provide country with strategically important product and foreign exchange revenues, regularly pay taxes. We upgrade production process and invest in the environment. We help affected people and reconstruct the city. We save work places for one hundred thousand people.
These are people of different professions who are united with faith to national enterprises and love to their country. These are brave and strong people. Professionals and masters. People who have found their profession and themselves in it. We all just do our job conscientiously. We know that the work will overcome all obstacles. And the most important thing is that we believe in what we do. And due to this we have become closer to each other and stronger.
It is time for strong people. They are not afraid of difficulties. No losses will force them to leave their city. I want to thank everyone who has stayed with us, who continues to work, in spite of everything, who continues to believe in the best. Your support and mutual aid are worthy of respect.
