The General Director of PJSC «Zaporizhstal» Rostyslav Shurma had headed up the all-Ukrainian rating «TOP-100. The Best Top-Managers of Ukraine», which was held by the «Delo» business-publication.
The rating nominees were appreciated according to the unique system aimed at reflection of the true-to-life market situation, and at presenting the best senior managers of the country. The editorial team of the «Delo» business-publication made up the rating on the grounds of analysis of financial indices dynamics at the enterprises and companies in 2015, as well as of the experts’ evaluation. Besides, while making up the rating, they considered the readers’ votes at the site Delo.UA.
«This is the common victory of the Works’ whole collective, of people, whose work helps to develop our enterprise and to invest considerably into the city’s, the region’s and the whole Ukraine’s economy»- noted the General Director of PJSC «Zapoeizhstal» Rostyslav Shurma. Upon the results of PJSC «Zaporizhstal» operation in 2015, the output of iron made up 3.8 million tons, steel – 3.98 million tons, rolled stock -3.35 million tons, export of metal products had been increased up to 2.9 million tons as compared with the previous year (2.7 million tons in 2014), or for 6.2%. Upon the operation results in 2015, PJSC «Zaporizhstal» increased the tax payment transfers to the budgets of all levels for 73% (for UAH 1.05 billion), having paid taxes out to the state in amount of UAH 2.5 billion.
In 2015, PJSC «Zaporizhstal» continued modernization and reconstruction of the production facilities – they erected and connected the new gas-cleaning systems of the Sinter machines Nos. 3 and 4, they carried out the heavy overhaul with some reconstruction elements of Blast Furnace No. 2, they actively executed some power-saving projects.
