Since 2012 – General Director of PJSC “Zaporizhstal” (Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine)
For several years in the position of General Director of PJSC “Zaporizhstal”, he took the enterprise out of a systemic crisis to the level of stable profitability. The comprehensive program of ecological modernization of the enterprise has been developed and successfully implemented. Since 2012, the plant has allocated for this purpose more than UAH 8.5 billion of environmental investment. During this period, the gas cleaning systems of all six sinter machines of the sinter plant were completely reconstructed at the Steel Works, a new ecologically clean line of hydrochloric acid pickling was built, and blast furnaces in the Blast-Furnace Shop were reconstructed.
The Steel Works exports its products to more than 60 countries of the world. More than 30% of sales are made to the EU markets. “Zaporizhstal” is the leader in operational efficiency among Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises, the only domestic manufacturer of steel products that retained production volumes during the 2014-2015 crisis.
Tax payments at the end of 2016 amounted to UAH 3,2 billion. For 5 years, the average salary at the plant has increased almost 3 times.
No. 1 in the ranking of top managers of Ukraine in 2016.
He has a number of awards for his personal contribution to the development of the Zaporizhzhia region and Zaporizhzhia city.
