The representatives of 15 enterprises took part in the “Career Fair”, which took place in the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University. Students had a rare opportunity to communicate with the representatives of the leading enterprises of the city, find out the answers to all questions of interest and even make an appointment for a job interview at a single location.
Therefore, a line immediately formed near the stand of PJSC “Zaporizhstal”. For half an hour of the fair’s work, about 30 people came up with questions to Sergey Koipysh, Head of Human resources development and Maxim Voloshin, Head of Personnel department of the Steel Works. 5 of them signed up for an interview.
– Students are interested in a decent salary, an opportunity for career growth, an involvement in our creative projects, – said Sergey Koipysh. – I want to note that the personnel of “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works is 40% of young workers. These are persevering, motivated employees with high potential.
Annually about 300 of the best graduates of higher educational institutions start their work at “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works and cast in lot with metal industry.
– I was told that there is a possibility of career growth at “Zaporizhstal”. I have a lot of friends there who graduated from our university. They say that it is good to start a career at a combine; it is a promising job. And I’m considering this possibility,” – said Roman Lyakhovich, a fifth-year student at ZNTU.
It is very important to make the right choice for young people. “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works’ doors are always open for them.
