The 15th festival “Your Talents, Zaporizhstal” finished with awarding the winners and prizewinners, as well as with gala concert in the Palace of Culture. It takes place under the motto “Creativity. Inspiration. Mastery “.
Participants of the festival sang and danced, read poems and demonstrated things hand-made.
There are 9 nominations at the festival and in each has several winners. Traditionally, 30 structural subdivisions and subsidiaries of PJSC “Zaporizhstal” take part. The festival started on March 15, the shows were held on Wednesdays. About 400 people submitted applications, and more than 120 participants reached the finals.
– It’s really a tradition of many years. Zaporizhstal workers are so used to the festival “Your Talents, Zaporizhstal,” that they no longer see their leisure time without it. The interest to the festival grows from year to year, and we will develop it, maybe new formats will appear”, said Vladimir Rybachenok, head of the personnel interaction department at PJSC” Zaporizhstal.
94 participants of the festival “Your Talents, Zaporizhstal” received money prizes from the Works for a total amount 25 thousand UAH. 34 participants are encouraged from the trade union committee of the Works to the amount of 8 thousand UAH.
