Within the framework of contest “We are the city” “Zaporozhstal” Steel Works assisted to set up the recreation area for the after-treatment of patients at the territory of Zaporozhye military hospital.
The project was implemented by volunteers of Charity fund “Hospital of Zaporozhye” jointly with the students of education institutions of the city. “Zaporozhstal” Steel Works allocated the grant of 80 thousand UAH for provision of hospital amenities.. These finances were used for construction of two pavilions for taking rest and arrangement of the ground with benches, for planting of bushes and trees, and for setting up of sports corner, for laying out of flower beds with decorative flowers.
– Our soldiers defend the people, that is why they need comfort. Let this hospital would be not only for war wound healing, but first of all, it should be the rehabilitation center for our soldiers, said Luybov Cherepakha, member of the expert counsel of contest “We are the city”.
Within the framework of contest “We are the city”, totally more than 1,5 Mio UAH was allocated for the projects of Zaporozhye citizens.
