Grant received within the framework of the social initiatives contest “We Are the City” will allow the Rehabilitation Center “Detskiy Radonezh” to work more efficiently with the children.
The Works allocated grant in the amount of 100 thousand UAH for implementation of the project “The Right to be Equal”. These funds were used to build a children’s playground and to equip the room for lessons for the children.
In addition to that, a problem with heating has been solved, and owing to it education in the Center will now be continuous.
More than 20 kids attend lessons in “Detskiy Radonezh” now: mentally retarded children, children with severe speech disorders, autistic children, and children with hearing impairments.
