For the beginning of a new academic year “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works made a gift to Zaporizhzhya boarding school “Oriyentyr” for blind and visually impaired children – another sports ground.
– We did this with a view to the future, as we want new soccer players, new athletes, new pride of Ukraine to grow on this sports ground, – says the head of the social sphere department of the enterprise Oleksandr Pshenychnyy.
“Zaporizhstal” SW traditionally helps “Oriyentyr”, with the assistance of the enterprise a fence was installed around the school, new computer equipment was purchased, and the first sports ground was built.
After the holiday of the “First Bell” the introductory lesson “Ukraine is a Single Country” for upper-form pupils was given by the member of the Ukrainian Parliament Yevgeniy Kartashov. He expressed confidence that through the efforts of all sensible people peace and harmony would come to our land.
