PJSC “Zaporizhstal” team has won the third open all-Ukrainian competition of professional skills of railwaymen, which took place on the basis of PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih”
“Zaporizhstal” team included locomotive driver Yuri Selishchev, assistant driver Sergey Timoshchenko and car inspector Evgeniy Kiyashko.
The contest consisted of two stages – the theory and practice. First, the participants answered specialty and work safety questions, and then competed in the technical inspection of locomotive, troubleshooting, bar approach and brake pads replacement. It should be noted that in 2015 there appeared new competitive tasks on repair cars for locomotive drivers and mechanics.
The Works’ railwaymen were the best on the results of theoretical and practical stages, and the best mechanic on cars repair was declared “Zaporizhstal” worker Evgeniy Kiyashko

In 2015, in the third open contest of railwaymen professional skills, representatives from PJSC ”Zaporizhstal” (Zaporozhye), “Dnieper Metallurgical Plant named after Dzerzhinsky” (Dneprodzerzhinsk), LLC” Yunikas TK “(Kryvyi Rih) and PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih” took part.
Winners and prizewinners of the competition were awarded with prizes and certificates of honor, and all other participants received souvenirs
