Starting from 1 May a competition “For safe work and corporate culture” begins in the scrap shop. It will be held between collectives of workshop sections and services within two months and will end on the eve of the 75 Anniversary of the shop, which will be celebrated on 16 July. The winner will be decided in terms of: production plan performance; availability of innovation proposals; performance of organizational and technical measures directed towards improving safety and improvement of working conditions and sanitary and consumer services; timely performance of labour safety measures, planned by orders, instructions and collective agreement, etc. Following the results of the competition by the solution of a management of department the best workers will be encouraged by monetary bonuses.
