Last year in the Chief Power Engineer Department a new structural division, engineering supervision bureau and diagnostics of power facilities, was founded. Previously supervision and diagnostics were carried out by third-party specialized organizations and expert centers, demanding considerable monetary expenses for payment of their services. In January the bureau obtained permission from the “Gosgorpromnadzor” bodies to fulfill jobs of excessive danger allowing experts of the bureau to carry out technical diagnostics, nondestructive control and expert inspection of power facilities, including those out of the bounds of the enterprise
