On August 7th, 2015, shareholders of the JSC «Zaporizhstal» on general meeting of share-holders in accordance with the norms of the Law of Ukraine «Concerning Joint Stock Companies» have taken the decision on reorganization of the Open Joint Stock Company «Zaporizhstal» into the Public Joint Stock Company «Integrated Iron and Steel Works «Zaporizhstal».
Shareholders have selected CEO Shurma Rostislav Igorevich as the sole executive body of the PJSC «Zaporizhstal» with term of appointment for three years till April 1st 2018. In addition, shareholders have made changes and have ratified them in the foundation documents of the Public Joint Stock Company «Zaporizhstal» having brought them in ac-cordance with the current legislation.
Over 98 % of PJSC «Zaporizhstal» shareholders have taken part in the meeting
