In spite of the attempts to block operation of the Works by the strangers group of the criminal persons with symbols of the Right Sector on the 15th and 18th of October, 2014, «Zaporizhstal» SW operates steadily in the regular mode. Production and shipment of the finished products are in the planned schedules, all the settlements and payments are made in due time, including the following: to the State Budget of Ukraine, salary payment to the employees, settlements with the suppliers and the Works’ contractor organizations. Currently, the situation in the territories adjacent to the Works is quiet.
Let’s remind that on the 18th of October, 2014, the group of strangers in masks and with symbols of «Right Sector» had taken the second attempt to penetrate through the main entrance control posts of «Zaporizhstal» SW with the aim of blocking the enterprise operation. However, no any demand to «Zaporizhstal» SW was put forward. The attempt to pene-trate was terminated by the Works’ security staff members.
The first attempt to block operation of the Works took place on the 15th of October, 2014. Upon the fact of blocking the enterprise on the 15th and the 18th of October, “Zaporizhstal” SW submitted the applications to the law enforcement agencies; they are registered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations; investigations are conducted.
