The collective agreement of “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works is recognised as the best in the Zaporozhye region based on results of 2014.
Results for the contest on the best Collective agreement of the 2014 have been announced by Grigoriy Samardak, the Chairman of the Zaporozhye state regional administration during the meeting with active trade unionists of the region on April 29th. Grigory Osov, the Chairman of the Trade unions Federation of Ukraine has presented Leonid Anisimov, the Chairman of the trade-union organisation of the “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works the diploma of the winner.
– This estimation is given entirely to all labour collective, to our effective and high-efficiency work, – underlines Leonid Anisimov. – The “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works, following the tradition, has managed to maintain all norms, which have been included into social guarantees to employees.
Let us remind that all 138 points of the Collective agreement have been fulfilled. In addition, despite of difficult social and economic situation, the general growth of salaries at the enter-prise in 2014 has made 27,8 %. Starting from April 1st, 2015 the next increase of salaries for all employees on the average of 23 % has taken place at the Steel Works.
