Under the project “Let me introduce myself, Zaporizhstal”, the representatives of the youth organization of Central Mining and Processing Plant came to the Steel Works.
— One of the goals of the joint project of the two enterprises is a communication, as well as a conversation about who and how to build a youth policy at the Works. A question or problem is voiced and we discuss it on the spot and try to solve it. One of the disturbing problems for the enterprises is the outflow of young people abroad. The task of youth organizations is to reduce the turnover and to provide active leisure for young people. We have to make efforts to keep them in their hometown near families and with good work conditions, – said Sergey Ilchenko, Head of the youth organization of “Zaporizhstal”.
Guests from Krivoy Rog had a tour around the city, and saw the working processes at PJSC “Zaporizhstal”. The project includes 5 main directions: two tours (around the city and the Steel Works), two meetings (with the youth organization and management of the plant), as well as a general social action.
— These kinds of trips are necessary for young people. It is possible, on a real example, to get acquainted with the achievements of a more successful youth, in order to apply the gained experience at our enterprise, — said Andrey Shapovalov, the chairman of the Youth Union of PrJSC “Central Mining and Processing Plant”.
