Another project – the winner of our competition “We are the city” became a reality. In the courtyard of high school No. 25 a modern sports ground was opened.
Thanks to the initiative “Healthy children – a strong country”, high-school students will be able to work on machines, strengthen their health on the ground for the workout and develop accuracy playing darts. To implement this project, the authors – social activists from the organization “Zaporozhskaya Skala” – received a grant in the amount of UAH 50 000.
– Our city is changing; it becomes more comfortable, – said Deputy Head of Cold Rolling Shop No. 1 of “Zaporizhstal” Aleksandr Tishchenko. – It is nice that this is done owing to active, enterprising Zaporizhzhia citizens who are ready to embody their own ideas with their own hands. “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works is a good partner in this matter, and the project “We are a city” is a confirmation of this.
