“Zaporizhstal” together with “Zaporozhogneupor” “Zaporizhzhia Casting and Mechanical Plant” and “Zaporozhskoks” took part in the regional charity marathon.
The charity event is held to raise funds for soldiers in a difficult situation, ATO veterans, and families of soldiers killed in the ATO.
Zaporizhzhia enterprises of Metinvest Group have sent UAH 80 000 to support soldiers and their families.
– The Day of Armed Forces is today one of the most important dates in the calendar for our country. It is a day when we thank for the courage, perseverance and braveness to men and women who protect our land – its integrity and independence. Zaporizhzhia enterprises traditionally joined the telethon on the Day of Armed Forces to support and express unlimited gratitude to war veterans and their families, – said Yaroslav Kryl, deputy of Zaporizhzhia Regional Council.
At the moment, it was able to collect about UAH 700 000 under the marathon.
