The Zaporozhye Regional Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation celebrates the Children’s Day. The children of the district were greeted by the Regional Child Services, volunteers and sales director of PJSC “Zaporizhstal” Vladimir Kolomyiets.
– Zaporozhstal Works with its large family came to visit the kids in the Zaporozhye Regional Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation and congratulated them on the Children’s Day. We have been supporting this Center for a long time, and by tradition, we did not come empty-handed. First of all, we came with love and faith that these children will develop in the best way, – said Vladimir Kolomyiets.
Children delighted guests of the holiday with concert items with songs, dances, poems and tricks. In their turn, the guests gave the children several bags of gifts and a huge number of balloons.
– In our Center, we work with children who are under tremendous stress. As a rule, they come to us from dysfunctional families, where violence is rampant. The filling capacity of all rehabilitation centers in the region is very high; even in ours, at rate of 55 people is exceeded to 69. Because of this overcrowding, the funds that are allocated from the budget are not always enough. Many thanks to the management of “Zaporizhstal” PJSC and all those who help us. Thanks to them, our children can be happy, “said Olga Kucher, director of the Zaporozhye Regional Center for Socio-Psychological Rehabilitation of Children.
“Zaporizhstal” PJSC invests more than 650 thousand hryvnias annually in its patronized establishments. Each year, the Zaporozhye Regional Center for social and psychological rehabilitation of children receives 40 thousand hryvnias, on the Children’s Day, Zaporozhstal employees transferred a certificate for 10 thousand hryvnias to the Center.
