“New Theatre” of Zaporozhye premiered the play “The City of Z: Keepers.” Creating a setting in a nontraditional genre – sound-vision drama – largely made possible thanks to a grant from Theatre Works “Zaporizhstal” for winning the competition “We – are the city”.
“City of Z: Keepers” – a play on the Zaporozhye, its history and the most recent developments. The main character – a young participant ATO Ivan Sotnikov, despairing of peace, come to the aid of mythical characters – Keepers, who are traveling with him in time.
