In 2015, «Zaporizhstal» PJSC accepted for employment about 200 graduates within the social responsibility of Metinvest Group and realization of the Program on cooperation with education establishments.
Training of the students for specialities required by the Works, is arranged by Zaporozhye National Technical University (ZNTU), Zaporozhye State Academy of Engineering (ZSAE), Zaporozhye Metallurgical College ZSAE (ZMC ZSAE), Zaporozhye Professional Metallurgical Lyceum (ZPML), and Zaporozhye Professional Lyceum of Rail-way Transport (ZPLRT). The most likely specialities are the following: metallurgy of ferrous materials, pressure metal treatment, metallurgical equipment, electromechanical systems of automation and electric drive, and others.
In spite of the complicated situation in employment in Ukraine, the Works continues providing workplaces for the graduates in the main production workshops, in the Railway Transport Management, and other departments. In order to be oriented faster to the production conditions, the recent graduates pass the training period within the first year of their work at the Works. Besides, for such an employee subgroup at «Zaporizhstal» PJSC, there exists a complex of training and developing programs, which are instrumental for advancing in professional and personal competency as well as in career progress. Salary of the recent graduates varies from UAH 5000 to UAH 7500 depending upon profession and department where they are employed.

Let us recall that, within the program of cooperation with the education establishments, «Zaporizhstal» PJSC has set up 30 special fellowships for the students of education establishments: 20 for the students of higher education institutions (UAH 700) and 10 for the students of ZMC ZSAE (UAH 500). Upon graduation, these graduates enjoy the priority right of being recruited at the Works.
Let us note that annually about 1500 students of the higher education institutions, colleges, and vocational schools undertake at the enterprise introductory practical training, production training, and pre-degree apprenticeship. For only 8 months of 2015, 905 students of higher education institutions and 198 students of vocational schools undertook internships at the Works.
