In December 2016, «Zaporizhstal» PJSC produced 264.6 thousand tons of iron, 305.4 thousand tons of steel, and 267.4 thousand tons of rolled stock.
In January-December 2016, it was produced 3600.2 thousand tons of iron, 3890.7 thousand tons of steel, and 3367.9 thousand tons of rolled stock.

Loss of production for 12 months of 2016, compared to the previous year, is connected with the shutdown of the Blast furnace No.3 in November 2016 for a major ecological reconstruction for the period of 150 days. The investments made by the Works into realization of this project made up UAH 1.5 billion.
