According to the principles of corporative social responsibility of Metinvest Group, Zaporizhstal Steel Works came forward as a partner of the pupils’ conference on the results of the tenth season of «Dream Messenger – New Format» media-educational project, which was held on the 12th of February, 2014, in Zaporozhye Educational Complex (ZEC) No.19.
Within the tenth media-educational season of “Dream Messenger – New Format” project, the pupils and the teachers carried out the educational, scientific-research and competitive program.
During the school-wide pupil’s conference, the participants interchanged their experience, discussed the perspectives of further media-educational development, as well as they summarized the results of competitive project under the title of «Dream Messenger – New Format». Upon the competition results, the competitive jury determined the top-10 of the school media-resources and top-50 of the editorial Reporters, the best media-teachers of the educational institution. The competition winners were honored with Appreciation Certificates and prizes from Zaporizhstal Works.
«Due to the Works’ support, we could hold at the high level the school conference, to summarize the competition results, to award the participants; this will become an initiative for the further development of the media-educational project. The project, being realized by school, is a unique one and may become as an example for other schools of Zaporozhye, and we, in our turn, are ready to share our experience», - the Director of ZEC No.19 Anna Tandura noted.
It is worth noting that on a basis of ZEC No.19, 20 editorial groups from electronic and printed editorials are operation, many of which have the environmental focus, 120 reporters are the pupils of 5-11 forms, 30 media-teachers and the school press portal is functioning.
