The collective bargaining in 2018 is fully implemented. For the implementation of all 123 points of the main social document, “Zaporizhstal” works sent around 400 million UAH.
General Director of the PJSC “Zaporozhstal” Rostislav Shurma, chairperson of the trade union committee of the enterprise Leonid Anisimov, chairperson of Zaporizhzhya regional committee of the trade union of metallurgists and miners of Ukraine Valery Sedov, along with employees of structural divisions, took part in summing up the performance of the collective bargaining.
The conference participants emphasized the high wage growth at the enterprise in 2018 - more than 33%. In 2018, the average salary at the enterprise exceeded 17 thousand UAH.
The company has a number of motivation programs. Thus, in 2018, “Zaporizhstal” workers involved in the processes of continuous improvement were awarded with a bonus payment, which accounted for more than 17 million UAH.
Special attention is paid to youth policy. "Zaporizhstal" provides a first job for young professionals and ensures their professional growth and development, supporting the development of volunteering, as well as organizing sports and cultural events. The works allocated more than 2 million UAH for interest-free loans for more than 200 young employees of the enterprise.
The older generation of metallurgists also feels the support of the enterprise. In 2018, “Zaporizhstal” sent more than 17.7 million UAH for rehabilitation, medical insurance, and medical care for veterans, as well as material assistance.
