Zaporizhstal of Metinvest Group took part in the nationwide job fair "Breaking stereotypes. Opportunities for Women", organized by the Zaporizhzhia Job Placement Centre together with the regional and city authorities of Zaporizhzhia. The fair was attended by more than 300 women who are currently looking for a job.
In May 2025, at the initiative of the State Employment Service, nationwide job fairs for women were held in regional and district centres of the country. In Zaporizhzhia, representatives of key enterprises of the city, vocational education institutions, as well as women seeking to change their profession or acquire a new speciality took part in the fair.
Zaporizhstal Iron and Steel Works creates equal opportunities for career development and growth of specialists at the enterprise, regardless of gender. At the fair, representatives of Zaporizhstal familiarized the participants with their activities and vacant positions. Each of the participants of the event had the opportunity to learn about the conditions of training and employment, work schedule, salary level and current motivational projects, social guarantees and career opportunities.
