For further reserve training upgrading and development of Zaporizhstal JSC management staff competence, an order was issued by the Chairman of the Board of the Works, V.A. Satskiy.
According to this order, in September — October, a review competition on the organization of production-technical training, dedicated to the 75th Anniversary of Zaporizhstal, is to be carried out. A competition committee will evaluate the results of the review competition under the leadership of Deputy HR Director, V.S. Kirov, and Head of the Staff Training Department, S.V. Geymur.
The shop committees will consist of shop superintendents, department heads, and organizers of production-technical training of subdivisions participating in the review competition, as well as chief specialists and representatives of services and departments.
The final results of the review competition will be summarized by 10 November.
