One of the key areas of the Works’ personnel policy is continuous training and development of personnel. Special role in the Works is paid to the formation and training of personnel reserve.

Today, in the corporate center of the staff development the following training programs work:

“School of Personnel Resources” for the training of the workers, enlisted in the reserve to be trained for the positions of Foremen and Senior Foremen; “School of Management”, where training under “Management for Executives” 11-module program, is realized by the Works’ Managers, Teachers of the of Postgraduate Education Faculty of Zaporozhye National Technical University.
