By the order of General Director of “Zaporizhstal”, Sergey Rozhok was appointed as Financial Director of the Steel Works.
Sergey Rozhok was set a task to improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise, to implement high-tech solutions aimed at strengthening market positions, to continue the implementation of a comprehensive program for the ecological modernization of the enterprise.
Sergey Rozhok has work experience in international companies «PricewaterhouseCoopers» and «Syngenta».
“A quick search for non-standard solutions is the most urgent task facing the financial function of the Steel Works. We have repeatedly demonstrated our immunity to crises and challenges, the ability to implement large-scale investment projects and find growth points in the most difficult periods for the industry. I am sure, Sergey will make his worthy contribution to the achievement of the goal”, – said Rostyslav Shurma, General Director of “Zaporizhstal”.
Sergey graduated from National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” with a degree in Intellectual Decision Making Systems and Kiev Investment Management Institute with a degree in Business Management. In 2011, he obtained an international diploma from the Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Natalia Mihayskaya, acting as Financial Director, will focus on the development of the function of a financial controller.
