Within the limits of the program of improvement of work living conditions for employees, the PJSC “Zaporizhstal” in 2015 has repaired 38 objects in structural divisions of the Steel Works. Sanitary-household and office buildings and premises are brought in accordance with the best experience of culture and living conditions at the enterprises. The total amount of expenses within the limits of the program has made around 15 million hryvnas.
In particular, food intake rooms, shower rooms, sanitary facilities and dressing rooms in administrative-household complexes of 20 structural divisions of the Steel Works are repaired. During the first half of the 2016, it is planned to repair 10 more objects. The majority of them will be finished till the end of the first quarter of 2016.
The Steel Works realises the Program on improvement of work living conditions, consistently increasing financing since August 2012. In 2012, the investments have made 920 thousand hryvnas, in 2013 – 2,2 million hryvnas, in 2014 – 12 million hryvnas.
