The second all-Ukrainian forum of social initiatives, held under the patronage of the mayor of Zaporizhzhia, Vladimir Buriak, gathered more than 100 participants in the Exhibition Hall “Kozak-Palats”. These are 40 students-winners and prize-winners of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and pupils of the city STREAM-center, the scientific leaders of talented children, event partners, representatives of city authorities, enterprises, universities, NGOs.
At the forum, there was an exhibition of robotics, master classes; students demonstrated chemical experiments. However, nothing matters more than students defended scientific student works in the humanitarian and technical fields. The best were awarded from the partners of the forum. Therefore, PJSC “Zaporizhstal” awarded three students with certificates for the award from the Steel Works (for UAH 2000 each).
– We looked at the preparation, on the enthusiasm that the speakers, representing their work, projected, – said Ruslan Boychuk, Head of Legal Department of PJSC “Zaporizhstal”, the deputy of Zaporizhzhia regional council from “Opposition bloc”. – “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works always tries to support educational institutions, talented youth of our city, so that young people develop on the territory of their native city, go to work at Zaporizhzhia enterprises and stay here. After all, youth is our main potential.
“Zaporizhstal” Steel Works will continue to support such activities aimed at the development of youth.
