On February 26, 2014 during live program at TV-5 television channel General di-rector of “Zaporozhstal” Steel Works Rostyslav Shurma confirmed, “Zaporozhstal” Steel Works shows stable operation, in spite of political situation.
“I bindingly would like to say — Steel Works is operating, and will operate, remaining the territory of stability and confidence in the future for whole workforce. We effectively and conscientiously work, what ensures the timely salary payment and tax payments to the vari-ous level budgets. Moreover, everything whatever we planned to do regarding the develop-ment of the Steel Works — would be implemented. It is the system-related modernization of production, taking into account the ecological component, large-scale construction projects, raising of efficiency of Steel Works operation” -pointed out General director of “Zaporozh-stal” Steel Works Rostyslav Shurma.
