“Zaporizhstal” Steel Works purchased new equipment for regional clinical hospital: refrigerator for freezing and safe keeping of organic matters was delivered to transfusion department.
– This equipment could hold up to thousand packets of plasma, it means, could save up to thousand people,- says Alexander Sarzhevskiy, head of transfusion department. The refrigerator is completely loaded now, and the hospital is fully provided with blood. Plasma could be kept in such chamber for half year.
It should be noted, the technologies used in new equipment permit to raise the quality of safe keeping of organic matters.
