On the 20th of April, the Lyubov Cherepakha Cup in Kettlebell Lifting among the schoolchildren of Zaporizhzhya district was held in the Metallurgists Palace of Culture with the support of “Zaporizhstal”.
54 participants from 10 schools fought for the palm of victory in three age and eight weight categories.
“Supporting sports is one of the priorities for our enterprise. The works plan to allocate 12 million UAH for this purpose in 2015”, says the head of the youth organization of “Zaporizhstal” Steel Works Serhiy Ilchenko. “We thank the trainers, who cultivate in children love for sports and active lifestyle.”
The competition winners, as well as the athletes, who beat their own records and demonstrated absolute results, were awarded with cups, medals and diplomas.
